CHARGES AGAINST PATRICIA DUNN DISMISSED

A California state judge has dismissed all the charges against Patricia Dunn in the Hewlett Packard pretexting scandal. Dunn, the former Chairman of the Board, had been charged with several felonies relating to actions taken at HP to gain access to phone records of members of the Board.

Charges against other HP employees and data brokers were not dismissed.
